Welcome to our home on the net. We are a small hobby farm in Southeast Ohio and raise Black and Tan Coonhounds, and Pomeranians. We also have Border Collies and Katahdin Hair sheep and occasionally have lambs or older, dog broke sheep available.
We sometimes have select puppies available.
The Black and Tan Coonhound has been used for centuries to hunt coon as well as larger game. This is our newest breed here but during the past year has become one of our all time favorites and we have decided to concentrate most of our efforts on our Coonhounds. Our goal is to produce an all purpose hound and promote the unique abilities of the Black and Tan breed. All of our dogs must show the desire and hunting ability the breed is famous for as well as correct structure for the bench. We have been fortunate enough to build our foundation with some of the best dual purpose bloodlines found in the breed today.
Our Border Collies are from working lines, and are registered with the American Border Collie Association. As with all of our dogs, they have a tremendous desire to work, but also have an off button, and spend a lot of time in the house when not working. But if you are considering a Border Collie please remember they Must have a job! If you are unable to do herding with your Border Collie there are any number of dog sports you can become involved in.
Our Pomeranians are bred to the standard. They are friendly, outgoing little dogs, raised in our home, and think they run the farm. We do not breed for extremes, NO teacup Poms here, and no long legged over sized dogs either. Just wonderful little companions or show prospects for sharing your life and love with.
